Thank you. I have just made an appointment for Monday. I chose Curves as it`s very close to my parents house and would drop my son off there and the workouts are reasonably short as time is an issue. Yeah I had a trial at Fernwood once and didn`t like it

Ive been in the fitness industry for about 9 yrs now in Aus. and gyms will not put the cost of their memberships on websites nor will you be able to get it over the phone. They will ask you to make an app. with a membership consultant to come in, look around and discuss prices as there is different prices ir you would like to pay by direct debit, 3, 6 or 12 months, if your a student etc. You will probably be looking at 50-90 dollars per month depending on which state you live in and how you will be paying. Personal training will be extra. I have never worked at curves but can recommend fitness first. Just do not go to Fernwood!

Isn`t that a pain! I hate when company`s don`t provide pricing on their website. But also, that could mean it`s negotiable.

One of my work friends used to go about 3 years ago and it was $50 a month. She ended up cancelling her membership cos she never went and they continued to charge her monthly till she realised 6 months later. Guess it was either miscomunication or her fault for not realising sooner.
