But if I were you I would start to remedy this now with either stool softeners (u can get from your dr) or adding lots of fiber and water to your diet. Constipation can lead to hemmeroids! And believe me, if you`ve never had them you don`t ever want them! I had them soooooo bad with every pg except my last one. I was even induced early with my dd b/c they were so bad, I could barely walk. I would have had to have surgery on them if they didn`t go away after delivery. It still causes me problems from time to time. Google fiber for a list of lots of diff foods that are high in fiber. Fiber is good for your body anyways! :)
ArcticArlz (705.7 days ago) oh my goodness yes, about 3 days before I even got my BFP I started being backed up, going hurt so much my shoulders ached, it ended up going away after a couple weeks, probably because I seriously upped my fruit and fibre intake.
MamaTex (706 days ago) Constipation is a symptom of pregnancy. This is oone of the reasons you will be pushed to drink LOTS of fluids. Congrats!
