Go for it. Although personally I couldn`t think of anything worse than stairs with a young child - but I don`t know if that`s the norm where you are, I know in the UK most homes are two storey... 200 sq feet is a fair increase in space. Good luck :)

We have an opportunity to move into a two bedroom, two floor, townhouse. The rent would be cheaper but our power bill would go up plus we would have to pay a co-op fee. Right now we are in a VERY cramped two bedroom apartment. This place has two floors and almost 200 more square feet. We are stuck though in making a decision because of how high the cost of moving would be....what do you think? We originally applied for a 4brdm but they are very hard to come by...so moving in would also give us a foot in the door for when a 4bdrm comes up.
