MrsKiwi (703.2 days ago) Haven`t heard anything like this before, though that doesn`t mean it isn`t something normal. If it was me, I`d check with my doctor to be sure.
emy (703.4 days ago) I think it sounds normal from remembering my post partum days. Although, it may be worth asking, but I have a reaction to the hormone released while nursing and it made me feel sick every time I nursed. It actually never went away all the way trough the 18 months I nursed! The beginning was pretty bad, couldnt eat much, headaches, etc...Only positive was I lost 45 of the 60 lbs I gained by 6 week appointment!
numberj (703.4 days ago) Best to see your Doctor, or Midwife. You don`t seem constipated, you are having 1 bm per day, which is normal. After my 1st child they left a small part of the placenta in and that was giving me problems for acouple of weeks after delivery. Goodluck, hope your Doctor can sort the problem out for you, there is nothing worse than having problems after having a baby, all you want is to enjoy your new baby.
domsmom2009 (703.6 days ago) sorry i missed the throwing up part..mommastacy might be right.
mommastacy (703.6 days ago) I actually think it may be your gallbladder. I have had 3 friends that have been readmitted a few weeks after delivery becuase of this. It will get worse until its removed. Something about the stress and pressure of labor and delivery aggravates the gallbladder in some women. Make an early OB appt.
urnchstephie (703.9 days ago) I should also add that the pain/pressure is not in the area of the uterus, it`s in my upper abdomen close to the bottom of my ribs.
urnchstephie (703.9 days ago) even with the vomiting?
domsmom2009 (704 days ago) It`s normal... it`s your uterus getting back to normal and everything `Adjusting` back to place :) I had this and my doctor said it was very normal :)
