hunnybunnysmama (702 days ago) I kinda think it depends on who spends the most time with the child. My daughter is a momma`s girl. My husband rarely takes her somewhere fun by himself, I`m usually there too but my DD and I do fun stuff a few times a week. My husband took my DD swimming without me on Sunday and it helped them form a stronger bond. My DD has been calling my husband `daddy river dolphin` for days - they had a blast together. I was a daddy`s girl but my mom worked days and my dad worked swing shift so I was home all day with him.
domsmom2009 (702.5 days ago) I was close with both my parents as a child but in different ways. I loved to watch hockey with my dad and play sports but I loved to do `like mommy` as well lol I`d say it was a good balance between the 2 :)
Austin::and::Alexs::Momma (702.5 days ago) I`ve always been really close to my Mom - even when I was a child I was such a Mommas Girl. BUT my oldest son is definitely a Mommas Boy - so far anyhow. (:
charliebaby (702.5 days ago) The reason I ask this is because there are so many people that say to me `Aww, boys love their mum`s` or `Oh she`s a Daddy`s girl` - but I tend not to hear that about children of the same sex as their parent. Are boys closer to their mums than daughters?
