KR (697.5 days ago) about 2-3 times per week. I pack a lot of healthy foods for my LO`s when they are going to daycare. I like doing hard boiled eggs, with a scone. Or salad on the side. Ive been told its their favourite lunch as well.
bluejeans (697.5 days ago) Once a week, I cook a big breakfast.
amber325 (697.5 days ago) My dr never seemed concerned. He knew she was eating eggs alot.
charliebaby (697.6 days ago) So it`s ok to give it reasonably frequently? My son absolutely loves eggs but I`m worried about the fat/cholesterol content, I know they have essential protein etc but I didn`t want to overdo it.
amber325 (697.6 days ago) 2-4x a week when she was 7-14 months old...Now she doesn`t care for them often..She is a fruit junky in the morning now at 17 months
charliebaby (697.6 days ago) My son is fine with eggs and actually likes them, I usually do scrambled eggs on weekends (when I have time to cook them) but I was wondering how often people give eggs to their LO`s - I don`t mean in cooking, I mean as a meal - ommelettes, egg & soldiers, scrambled etc...
