melliewald (696.5 days ago) That`s too bad...I`ve had it w/all my pregnancies and always look forward to the `light at the end of the tunnel` once my baby arrives. During my pregnancies it is horrible and completely derails me from regular sleep, so I`ve been reading up on cures via diet and herbal remedies. Papaya enzyme or real papaya fruit is very good. And, if you google the list of acidic and alkaline foods you`ll be surprised at the foods that have an acidic effect on your body. I wonder if it will just take a little while to `untrain` your body from reacting this way.
