marisha (695.7 days ago) i had to have water running in the sink, he slept in the kitchen in his stroller during the day for a few months EditDelete
phooey (695.7 days ago) Our dd loves the blow dryer, it knocks her out sometimes immediately, you gotta be careful though, bc it`s a fire hazard. EditDelete
Maddux (695.8 days ago) I have played music for my daughter since she was about 2 months old. She goes to bed really early and we live in a smaller house so I wanted something to block out the `household sounds.` It is just a lullaby CD that we set on `repeat.` EditDelete
shesxchaotic (695.8 days ago) We have our ceiling fan on low or medium and we also use a white noise machine. I`ve actually used it since I was really little and I love sleeping with it on and so does my 6 month old EditDelete
Str8 As (695.8 days ago) The humming from a fan or heater always works at night for us. If they are cranky, I used a vacuum cleaner and it usually calmed them down. EditDelete
natalie75 (695.8 days ago) I have a sound machine and in the summer I also put a small fan in the room. I have used it for both mine now. Sometimes I switch it up and put on the bird sounds. EditDelete
canadababy (696.1 days ago) We use the Sleep Sheep, it makes noises like rain and waves and our DD loved it. And it`s never too late :) EditDelete
melliewald (696.1 days ago) We use a fan, I know lots of adults who need one! I remember seeing some research on SIDS and fans as well (a good thing)! Sorry, I`m a 40 weeker and don`t have the energy to go find it right now ;) EditDelete
MommyOf3But4ToBe (696.2 days ago) I also use a fan for white noise. It works for me too so i have to be careful if i HAVE to be up at a certain time, cause if i do not turn off the fan at night, then i will not hear my own alarm go off with it. Works wonders!! EditDelete
t555rm (696.2 days ago) It`s not too late coz my son was 6 mo before I started using a small table fan as white noise. It`s great, and works well at letting him sleep thru all the house sounds.

Tara83 (696.2 days ago) when my babies were newborns we had this bear called `the womb bear` and it created white noise/womb sounds it really seemed to soothe them ;o) EditDelete
BrookeAmber (696.2 days ago) We have a fan in the corner or my sons room that lets out a nice humming noise. His room is on the main level and it blocks out most of the noises going on while he is sleeping. EditDelete
KR (696.2 days ago) i never did, i only used the good O`l bed time routine. Sometimes when my LO`s are having a difficult time sleeping when they are sick i turn on the washer/dryer EditDelete
