MelissaJoanne (695.7 days ago) Oh yeah - definitely check out `elimination communication`. I can attest as well that it works, very very well! Why change diapers if you don`t have to?
Str8 As (695.7 days ago) I will have to check that out!! Thanks!
domsmom2009 (695.8 days ago) LOL this has happened to me more then once (especially when he was first born). It got better as he got older :)
shesxchaotic (695.8 days ago) christinaswar- we started dong that with our son and it does work! I`ve found with cloth diapers he feels when he`s wet or messy more than with a disposable and is much more aware of when he goes.
LKLmama (695.8 days ago) Try giving her a chance to go potty when you change her. I have a picture on my page of me holding my daughter in a EC hold that works for even the smallest babies! You can hold her over anything, the toilet, a childs potty, a bowl, the sink...
Str8 As (695.8 days ago) @Ella, I try to wait and she is pretty consistant in her `routine` but no matter how long I wait to change her..she waits until she is in a fresh diaper to go! Seriously! @mama-dearest...you are right, it could be worse LOL I don`t have any boys, but I can imagine when the air hits, he flows!!
EllaG (695.8 days ago) I think its the cold air (for peeing anyways) I usually take off my daughter`s clothes and wait about a minute before going near the diaper. She never poops mid-change though. When she was very little the poops seemed to come in threes over about half an hour, so we just learnt to wait a bit before changing her, unless it was bothering her or coming through her suit.
Str8 As (695.8 days ago) Gosh, no matter what I do it happens. I try to wait until the time she usually goes....but no matter what, she waits until she is in a new diaper! Kinda funny when you think about it!
