*Summer Babies* (927.2 days ago) I could only use A and D with my 1st DD anything with Zinc Oxide made her scream and the rash worse! A and D clears it in about 4 hours! :)
momzie (927.3 days ago) We were on a budget the first time we bought cottontails ointment, and it seriously is my favorite. I have tried buying brand name ones since then and none of them are nearly as good. The texture of the cottontails is the best!
2boysandalil lady (927.3 days ago) A&D ointment worked the best for my youngest son and I plan to use it again with my next child. Other creams seemed to make him scream when I applied them but A&D was fine and it healed the rash very quickly!!
missbunny (927.3 days ago) I use Target up and up brand. It has a higher percentage of zinc oxide than most other brands (which is the active ingredient) and it is only $1.67 at my local target. Good deal!!
1sttimemommy : ) (927.3 days ago) Aveeno diaper rash cream is awesome
~LOVE.MY.GIRLS~ (927.4 days ago) also since her bottom was so sensitive I learned that the target brand, or walmart brand, hypoallergenic, non-scented wipes were MUCH softer than huggies/pampers sensitive wipes, and she would handle diaper changes much better with them :)
~LOVE.MY.GIRLS~ (927.4 days ago) Good old original A&D is the only thing that ever really seemed to work for my daughter she would get HORRIBLE diaper rash due to antibiotic use and Desitin seemed to burn her she would scream when i would apply it! I tried all of the ones you listed with little to no success. I actually learned that if I applied vaseline at EVERY diaper change regardless of if there was a rash she stopped getting them, once I noticed some redness I used the A&D and that is was worked for her! That and aveeno oatmeal bath when rash was really bad!
