I wouldn`t really want to choose something that he likes or is into right now, being that when he gets older hes gonna want the theme that he likes and is into. So I would do something you like for his first few years. I personally like the 2nd one.

the links dont work for me..i would choose the theme that was special for my baby. he loves elmo so we did that
