missyv28 (pink) (774.3 days ago) Oh I just heard on the tv today that eating bananas, walnuts, or oatmeal before bed will help. It has a chemical called melontona (sp?) that helps put you to sleep. Turkey too haha EditDelete
leagia (774.4 days ago) Get up and do something for an hour or so, like read or go online. Limit the time so you aren`t up for hours. Try to go back to sleep after that. Plus eating something might help you relax. I wake up ALL the time around 3 (I`m 41 weeks pregnant, and think it has to do with that though). Sometimes I watch TV, but most of the time I get a snack to help relax. EditDelete
