It may sound silly, but I gave a close friend a dust buster! I know that when I had my first baby that was a MUST for us to clean up the constant little messes. I got a wet/dry one so it could suck up anything.

ooo i like Lori`s idea...also my sister in law got me a really nice frame with a head shot of my new born babies and the second half of the frame she had the date time weight length of the baby enscribed so maybe do a pic of you two together as her shower gidt and then do this other picture and frame once bub is born? they are one of my favorite things for each of them, jimmy is 2 now and jake is 9 months and i loove looking at those
