My boys are nearly 3 and a half and still nap once a day, roughly 1-2 hours. I don`t think I`d cope if they dropped it. I need that time to recharge!

hmm my 4 yr old is refusing anymore to take a nap during the day but he is beyond cranky and un-imaginably hyper if he doesn`t sleep and he always wakes up my 2 yr old! i really don`t want him to be done with them because he needs them yet but DH says at his age he is probably done taking naps... idk what to do! suggestions would be greatly appreciated! =)

Mine were 6m (errr), my 3.5 year old takes one on long days yet, and my 32m & 16m both take one long nap a day.
