The things no one tells you no.10:
It's O.K to have a nice relaxing bath
Mumofsix` featured blog about things no one tells you.
`I thought I would, every now and then,
add a little bit of info that
took me by surprise with my first baby.`
My mood while writing this blog: Ok
It's O.K to have a nice relaxing bath. As long as the bath is not too hot and by that I mean you look like a beetroot and are sweating from your brow. It can still be hot enough to enjoy. I love lying back in the bath watching my belly move as baby does and seeing the outline of feet or knees just about bursting through your skin. I have not seen it yet with this pregnancy but I am sure it wont be far away. So run yourself a bath light some candles and enjoy a little time out pampering.

samojo - Monday, 23 Aug I love my baths too... reassuring to know, thanks :)
4thandlast - Tuesday, 10 Nov I dont think I could survive without my baths. I have one every other day as soon as my other children are asleep and just float the stress away. I also get lots of UTI's but don't put it down to the baths - I drink plenty of Cranberry and water, pee before and after bath and sex and all the rest and my UTI's havent been playing up as much...

absoluties - Monday, 2 Mar I have taken warm/hot baths during my last pregnancy, but only after the first trimester. The baby seemed not to move at all during the bath, but only afterwards when i lay down with my feet up watching tv, that i end up watching the elbows and whole body sometimes move, which freaked out my husband with amazement ! Can't wait to live that again :) happy bath everyone!
