Where can I buy fenugreek or blessed thistle or anything that will help milk production? I`ve looked at the local grocery store and a vitamin shop. I haven`t found anything even remotely close. Please help!

MelissaJoanne - 185 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have fenugreek from a spice shop. I haven't had my baby yet, so I didn't purchase it to aid with breastfeeding. It's a tasty spice. If you don't have a spice store nearly, order from an online spice store, such as penzeys.com
