This happened to me with my first and second, usually with your second is when it doesn't happen until closer to your due date. Your fine.. I was fine, lets just keep our fingers crossed for you that you will go early or just on time.. over due SUCKS!! congrats!

I dropped at 33 weeks, my doc confirmed it, as I complained of shooting pain in my groin. We felt that my baby might deliver early, not the case! He was born 6 days late!

It's normal. If your 33wks and you add the 2-4wk, that would make you 35-37. which just means you may have the bub alittle early.

It is normal. You might deliver earlier, but you may not. Anytime after 30 weeks is normal for your baby to drop.

Hi:
My son to be dropped at only 30 weeks, for he is so big and out of room!! SO I was told that it can happen at any time!!
Just as long as there is no real pain!! In your cervix area, if so, just call your doctor! God Bless!!

Yes this normal, i dropped about 32-33 weeks, also don't forget you are technically full term at 37 weeks - the hospital wont try and stop labour at this stage as baby is ready physically to cope with life on the outside. Good luck. xx

Dropping isn't really an indicator of anything other than the baby getting into a lower position prior to birth. Every preggie belly is different- I'm in 23rd week and I went from looking like I stuffed a pillow in my shirt to actually appearing to be pregnant. Body changes so much during pregnancy, it's amazing we even have the ability to resemble our former selves when it's all over! I'm not even sure I've come close to dropping as my breathing hasn't become easier.

Dropping can happen at anytime really and is no real sign of impending labor. I dropped with my first son around 23 weeks. I did have some preterm labor, but did not have him until 37 weeks.

Babies can drop at any time before your actual due date. I dropped at 35 weeks and delivered just shy of 40 weeks.
