is 5 kids too much??

i think i`m probably pregnant i have my last baby 2 months ago i`m going crazy and yes i`m on birth control!! what do i go to do?? i`m only 21 years old!!! i have my last mentrual period march 22 and it lasted 17 days now i`m having symptoms!

Brandi J. - 97 days ago Rating: 2 (1 votes) Why are you even asking? If you are pregnant w/ your 5th baby, then there is nothing that you could/should do to change that! I know right now, it is probably crazy to think about, but remember that your youngest will not be 2 mos. old when the baby is born (if you are indeed preg), and you have that time to organize and prepare yourself as much as possible. I am expecting my 5th child, and I think it is the greatest blessing ever. I also suggest that you stop taking your BC just until you find out for sure if you are preg. or not. Good luck to you! I think 5 would be too many for me, I think 1 is too many, but I have 3, my hubby got the big V done, so we are done .. I don't wanna go thru pregnancy again, I just had our 3rd child Feb 8th, 2008

Debra - 100 days ago Rating: 2 (2 votes) do you want to have 5 kids? do you feel like you are done having kids? if you do, then maybe you should consider having a tubal ligation done. or send the spouse for a vasectomy :) YOu are more fertile after you have a child then any other time- your body knows what to do. if you are having cycles that close after birth, then you can get pregnant. For that matter, you can get pregnant if you haven't had your cycle yet too- you never know when you ovulate.

I would get tested, doesn't sound like your pregnant to me. Your body does weird things for a few months after you have a baby. I would go to the doctor and find out what is going on though. How long did you bleed after the birth? I tend to bleed, then stop, then bleed again for several weeks. Don't have sex unprotected until your ready to have another. Especially during the months after having a baby when your body is trying to get back on schedule. Good luck!

SBmom - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I don't really think 5 is too much. I think I can top everyone's story to tell you my great aunt had 19! children by the same man.. HA.. every year she was poppin one out and had help by the elder siblings. I want 4... so I doubt 5 will be just as hard. It's really depending on how finacially you are and if you can look stress in the eye and say "pfthh whatever". As for your symptoms... of course here's a suggestion that most will say, "Go see your doctor" OR you could... I'll put this bluntly... piss on a stick lol. Try not to stress and worry too much my dear!Your body could just be catching up and could be shocking your nerves to make you think you're having symptoms!

I did and now I'm 16+ weeks pregnant and my son was born in Nov 07.. hes 5 months now. I was on BC when I got pregnant with my last two children but not this time. I was so scared and cried that I had gotten pregnant so soon afterwards but here I am and I am happy. Your fine my lady and 5 is not too much. My grandma on both sides had 11 children, one every year and sometimes two a year! You seem to be a strong woman and i think you'll be a fine mommy of 5! wish you the best of luck and happiness

mattie4 - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) since your baby is only 2 months old, it could be your body is just not back on schedule. I would go ahead and take a test just to put your mind at ease. As far as 5 being too much, i guess that depends on who is answering. I am preggers with my 4th and honestly if i found out that i was preggers again after this one was born i would freak out but get over it fast...lol. I guess how much is too much depends on what is too much for you. There are of course options out there for you so try not to stress too much (i know easier said then done :P)

mommy-of-3 - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Right after you have a baby your cycle can take quite a while to straighten out so don't panic just yet. If you are having symptoms go ahead and take a test, it's the only way you are going to know for sure. At least that way if it is negative you can relax and you'll know it's just your cycle taking time to adjust to delivering your baby as well as going on birth control. Best of luck to you!

michaela - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Judging by what ou have said above I'm not convinced you are pregnant. How long ago did you start the birth control? what type of birth control is it?, is it a birth control you have used before? if not the symptoms you are experiencing could be side effects of the birth control. You might want to take to your dr about how you are feeling, he can discuss your options and aybe do an early pregnancy test. Do a pregnancy test, if negative then i would say it's the birth control making you feel this way and maybe you should change it, if you are pregnant then you and your hubby need to have a long discussion. Personnaly i think an extra little one at this stage is gonna be hard work although it does depend on your circumstances. I hope this helps

All you can do is do a pregnancy test and then make your mind up if having another baby is too much for you at this time in your life.

If you are blessed with a fertile womb and you are comfortable and happy with it-then stay where you feel content. Is there a reason you are having doubts? Babies are a blessing, no matter what...remember that.
