I was very sick (hyperemesis) for the whole first part of my pregnancy...then it went away!! I had two weeks of wonderful, but then regular morning sickness started at 17 weeks, went away again at 20 weeks, and now is back again at 21 weeks! I am so tired of throwing up...boo...

brandi j. - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I was very sick in my 2nd pregnancy, I was taking phenergen for the 1st trimester. I did not have to take it past the 1st trimester, but was still sick in the 2nd trimester, just not as bad. Everyone is different. Some women have no sickness, where as, some have it the entire pregnancy! I hope that you are feeling better very soon!

Mommyof2Boys - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My friend was sick everyday all day for 42 weeks until they induced her, its different for everyone. Just try to drink plenty of water/gatoraid so you dont get dehydrated. If it gets too bad your doctor can prescribe you an anti-vomiting med that is safe for you and baby.

sarahann - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Probably not what you want to hear but it helps to know what's normal... I was extremely nauseas 24hrs a day until about 14 weeks, then the nausea went away, but during the final weeks of pregnancy I started vomiting and was admitted to hospital several times for fluid replacement. I even vomitted during labour as I was trying to push with contractions. Not nice at all. Good luck and I hope it goes away and you start feeling better soon.

Holly28 - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My morning sickness was horrendous up until about week 14 and then it stopped....that is up until about two weeks ago. Now, every morning, no fail, I a sick again. I am also finding that sometimes I wake up totally nauseas around 5am. I hope this doesn't last but at least its only for a little bit once maybe twice a day instead of non-stop all day long.

JennSever - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) unfortunately, there are some women that stay ill throughout their pregnancy. my thought would be that this is a strong baby and absorbing all your nutrients. i wish there was something else i could say, but in some cases, women stay ill most of the time.

Carmione - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Everynow and again I will have some sickness, but that's usually just triggered when I brush my teeth/tongue, which is a bother cause I have to brush twice in the mornings- icky

blessedjoy - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I am soo sorry to hear that you are still ill. I also was a lucky one; I never had morning sickness with this baby. I only know what my galpal did during her time; she was sick up to 28 weeks. She used the sea-band and rested a lot, eat 7 times a day.. very small bits here and there, and drink some ginger ale or sprite. Good luck. I do wish you wellness.

lulizzle - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Try the sea-bands. They are cheap and seemed to work miracles for me!

mommy-of-3 - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I am one of the lucky ones who felt a little nauseated but never had morning sickness. My grandmother on the other hand told me she threw up for the entire 9 months so it's not unusual to feel that way.

Christina1984 - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i had horrible morning sickness all through my 1st trimester. then in the 2nd i started getting kidney stones and along with that i cant keep food down again. i had a couple weeks of being ok. im 22 weeks now and i hope i stop getting sick soon or the baby will be real hungry lol. my doc said he can give me pills tho. im already taking polls for kidneys i dont want to be loaded up on pills. hope u start feeling better. ask ur doc about the anti-nausea pills

ttasha - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Yh i was sick i must say i vomitted a few times after i passed the 12 week mark

LMO - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) yes you can be sick throughout your pregnancy sometimes it just doesnt go away and it sucks

onelittleone - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I'm 21 weeks and 3 days and I definitely still get extremely sick. It comes and goes. My doctors tell me it's fine. I was constantly in for shots and IV's all throughout my first trimester because of Hypermesis. All I can say is hallejuah that it's not day after day of being sick like in the beginning! But I'm sure everything is fine. It's just your body responding to your pregnancy the only way it knows how. But if it's a question that you're once again not able to keep anything down...I would definitely go back to your doctor and see if there's something new that needs to bed one about things...
