Has anyone else experienced pain down below? It`s as if someone has kicked me in the hoo-ha area, like it`s bruised or something! It`s worse when I walk or lift my legs up- like to put on pants or get in the tub. What can I do to make it stop? When I start to walk or get up from sitting, my first reaction is to hold myself down there because it hurts ~ can`t really walk around work holding myself, lol.

Melanie07 - 92 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It is probably the pressure of the baby and your pelvic area spreading. It hurts. You can try some yoga exercises.

nich-vegas-mommy2be - 100 days ago 21 wks...

kayleighrobo - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) it sounds like sod go to your docter i had it its very painful and the pain gets worse especially in your legs

slnkl - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) pressure from the baby and your pelvic is opening up!

kater - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i have this type of pain, especially when i do too much physically. try to relax during the day, dont do too much strenuous physical activity, and the pain should ease. it is most commonly caused by relaxin, a chemical the body produces during pregnancy to assist the pelvis to open during childbirth. if the pain becomes too much, speak to your doctor

LMO - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) its probably not only the pressure from the baby. i have that kind of pain when i was pregnant with my daughter and the doctor told me that it was because everything was stretching down there and the baby was right there

chiinapregwit6 - 101 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Yes I am having the same pain. My doctor said it's frm your bones seperating and frm the extra weight on you hoo-ha. What I do is try not to be on my feet a often.

wildberry - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) try looking up spd on this site i have had spd with both babys and it sounds like you might to it's nothing to worry about it just hurts

selenia - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i remember having that, relax more and take some tylenol thats what i did, at first i thought something was seriously wrong but after i called the womens center they assured me everything was fine

stphnhuerta - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I find that the best thing to do is soak in a warm bath. They say its not good to use soak in a warm bath with bubbles or anything like that but my doctor told me that I could use the Aveeno oatmeal, not only is it good for your skin, but its harmless and if you itch anywhere it will clear it up. Hope this helps. I have the exact same pain, I hate to put on clothes, especially underwear.

brandi j. - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It could be varicose veins, when you doctor checks you, he/she will be able to tell you if that is what it is. I, too, have this same feeling, it is worse after making love. I find that taking warm baths helps and not standing for long periods of time. Good luck to you!

klasnaya - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I agree its prolly because your carrying lower and you have more pressure. I felt like the baby was gonna fall out with my last pregnancy i felt like i had to keep my legs together lol. And sometimes it would get so painful i couldnt stand. Seems like this time around im getting the same thing where i cant even work.

mommy-of-3 - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It's weird that you mentioned this because I just noticed this this morning. It is a feeling of something pushing down there and it feels heavy and achy. I'm sure it's something to do with where the baby is laying, mine is so active that he doesn't stay in one position for too long though lol.

Mommyof2Boys - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Mine feels the same way. It feels like it weighs 100lbs and bruised feeling, its the baby setting on the pelvic bone depending on your actions depends on how it feels usualy if I'm up walking around all day doing stuff mine will hurt really bad and then at night it hurts worse when I try to roll side to side or move my legs up or down. If the pain gets too bad you can always take tylenol.

cloudie - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I think its from ligament stretching pains or thebaby down low in your pelvis.

Leahsoon2bemom - 102 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The pain could be the way the baby is laying on something inside...Sometimes my little guy kicks or moves very hard in the down there region, and it is painful. Otherwise it could be ligament stretching if it's in your lower stomach...Not really too much you can do about either. The more you sit up straight, and walk the more likely you are to coax the baby to move where he/she is positioned hope this helps you!
