For mommies who lost their mucous plug how much longer until you were in labor?

W/ my 2nd I started losing it around the 36th week, and continued to lose it until he was born at 38 weeks. W/ my 3rd and 4th children, I did not lose it until I was in labor. Everybody is different. Some women lose it and then go into labor right away, some lose it after they are in labor, some lose it weeks before labor starts! Anyway it goes, it does mean that you will hold your little one very soon! Congrats to you!

Now with my son i lost it at 32weeks and he came two weeks later. It just depends on your body really everyone is different.

2xmom - 96 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It can be different for everyone, I lost my mucus plug and didn't deliver my baby until 3 weeks later. Labor can happen soon after the loss, or not for a few weeks.
