I would keep them together for as long as you can and then buy seperate beds.

Keep them together in the crib for a little while and buy seperate when they are a bit older.

Im having twin boys and mine will be sharing. Why seperate them after them being together for so long is the way I see it. Congrats and goodluck with your pregnancy!! :)

No. I have twin boys and they share a crib. They are 3 months and still have room in the crib. I would not buy a 2nd crib until they are about 5-6 month... This is normally the time they start rolling over...

If it were me, I would either have them in one crib or do that bassinet thing for the first while. If you think about it, they are used to being together 24hrs a day and I think separating them to sleep so early will be hard for them...which in turn will be hard on you.

Congrats on twins! My friend who has twins did what the other mothers said. They put one crib in the parents room and the other in the baby's room but never ended up using the one in the baby's room. She also kept a bassinet in the living room because they don't always fall asleep together and she didn't want one baby waking the other up.

I agree w/ the other ladies that you should just start off w/ a crib and keep them in one together! Congratulations to you on a double blessing!

I would let them share a crib, they would probably prefer it actually. You could start off with two bassinets and when they outgrow them just move them both into one crib.

I'd let them sleep in a crib together. There is a lang. between twins that is facinating. Only they know what they are saying. There like born best friends

i know someone who has twins and they share a crib... and they are 6 months now and still fit in the crib together.. my son was out of a bassinet at 3months so with twins they wont be in there that long. so maybe you should just do a crib from the beginning to save yourself some money.. good luck and congrats on the babies...

I personally liked using the bassinets for the first 3 months. Whether breast-feeding or bottle-feeding it helps out a lot!
