To anyone who has had/ is getting Maternity portraits done, do you recommend them?

Cindie - 96 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I'm gonna get Maternity pictures done because I wanna have a record of how I looked during this pregnancy and I think pregnant women are BEAUTIFUL. Go for it, You should be able to find a great place who will do them for about $100-150, sometimes they have deals for $75. make sure you see examples of they're pics. I would like the place I go to to do semi nude pics of me (breasts.. ) because I'm not shy and those pics would only be for immediate family. of course my dad would get a more covered one. (he doesn't live in my state like my mom does)

Laura Ward - 96 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I, myself, did not get them done. However, I really, really wish that I would have. I regret not doing it when I see other moms have them done. If we decide to have another one done, I would most certainly get them done. Definitely something to look back on...once its done, its done.

Carmione - 96 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) If you live in the states, getting a jcpenny membership is certainly worth the money spent for the deals you get on maternity portraits, first baby pics and birth announcements. I just saw a layout of my friends son's pics and they are fabulous. Not with cheesy backgrounds or props. They look really nice.

I have seen some where the mom had no clothes on and she is just draped w/ a scarf or something similar, I feel these type of maternity portraits aren't very tasteful.

I'm sure you would be pleased if you got them, the ones I have seen they really do a good job. Try googling maternity photos and see what you can find...
