lady26 - 569 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The conception date is roughly 12 to 17 days after your last menstrual period. It's just an estimate less then 3% of women deliver on their due date.

Baby3OnWay - 570 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) add two weeks... as you concieve two weeks after your period but you caount your start date of period into the pregnancy countdown... not sure why cause it makes it crazy for us!!

niki - 570 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Conception date was prob bout two weeks after the first day of your last period....

MelissaJoanne - 570 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The first day of your last period is your first official day of pregnancy. Conception probably occurred around 14 days after your first day of last period.

totallykatalicious - 579 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Add a week from the day of your last period and then subtract 3 months and you get your EDD. Like say if your period was Feb 6th, add a week puts it to Feb 13th, subtracting 3 months and your EDD would be Nov 13th or somewhere around there... just to give you an example.

AshleyY - 579 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Well what i have heard is that you do base it on the first day of your last period and add another week, it worked for me and when i went to the doctor im still due on the same day. So like with mine my last period was Jan 24th so i add 7 days which is the 31st so im due on halloween! I hope that helped

LMO - 579 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) doctors use the first day of your last period which usually isnt the day you concieved

brandi j. - 579 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The doctors use the 1st day of you last period to calculate the due date until they can get a more accurate one w/ u/s. However, you don't really concieve until ovulation, which for most women happens 2 weeks after thier cycle.

mommy-of-3 - 579 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Using the first day of the last period is merely an estimated guess not meant to be 100% accurate for when you conceived. Most people don't know when they ovulated but the majority of women do remember when their last period was, that's why they use that.
