I went on the pill and it helped out my skin and then fell preggo so I had to stop the pill. The last few months of my pregnancy my back had sooooo many pimples on it. Now After i had my baby, my back has cleared up but my face had terrible pimples on it. It extremley depressing because I had nice skin before I fell pregnant. I am breastfeeding so does anyone have any suggestions as to why my skin is like this all of a sudden and how i can clear it up??? Anyone else experience this problem?

I think using rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball to wipe your face then wash it with clearasil acne fighting foaming cleanser should help

Very normal cruddy pregnancy problem! If it's out of control, your doctor can prescribe something.

It is your hormones. Drink lots of water. I also found that the bareminerals make up has really helped my face. I very rarely get any pimples now.

Hormones, my least favourite word in the dictionary I would say. We get moody, and hungry, and sad, and happy, bloated, swollen, tired, sick and YAY PIMPLES all because of hormones. It is also the reason baby boys and girls have swollen genitals when born, as well as the reason they get baby acne.

Its your hormones, mine were so bad in the first few months, but they have gone away. A lot has to do with the weather also make sure you are drinking lots of water which is really good for baby and your skin, and use a good moisturizer.

Hi a lot of it has to do with your hormones going through so many changes. That's why so many people who start out with clear skin end up having problems with acne once they become pregnant. After you deliver your hormones change again, and if you go back on the pill they will change yet again after that. Basically I would give it a little time to settle down and if you get back on the pill give it like a month or two for your body to get used to it and things should really start to settle down.

After my son I had nasty pimples also. I tried just about everything on the market. I finally went to my doctor and she prescribe get this tea tree oil. It's awesome and not only can you use it on your face. Not only for pimples it can be used from canker sores to dry scalp even cradle cap, it definitely a wonder oil. Nutrition stores sell it and The Body Shop also sells it. If you where oily make-up though you may what to change that to and I definitely suggest trying Bare Essentials Mineral Powder. Don't dry the skin out or leave that cakey residue like oily make-ups.

It is something else we can thank the "wonderful" hormones for. I used tea tree oil and this helped my face clear up!
