I am currently 32 weeks with my first child. I am starting to have horrible abdominal pain...mostly when I walk. But can feel it at any moment really. It`s not constant...but I didn`t know if this was something I should be worried about.

lady26 - 126 days ago Rating: 1 (1 votes) It sound like Braxton Hicks contractions

MelissaJoanne - 127 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) It sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions. Your body is preparing for the eventual labour.

niki - 127 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) If it feels like a tightening of the tummy its just b/h otherwise contact your doctor.

NorthDay - 133 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) It could be Braxton Hicks, as long as the pain subsides. If it continuous and doesn't go away after a few minutes or after you take a rest then you should probably contact your doctor.

lmo - 134 days ago Rating: 3.5 (2 votes) you could be having braxton hicks contractions

RandiLee - 134 days ago Rating: 3 (1 votes) Same thing happens to me.....my doctor said it was completely normal (yet he didn't explain why, since he is a total bonehead, lol)

ttasha - 134 days ago Rating: 3 (1 votes) i believe it to be braxton hicks contractions does your uterus tighten when you are walking

Baby3OnWay - 134 days ago Rating: 3 (1 votes) These may be b/h contractions, the pressure of more weight later in the pregnancy, aby on a nerve... I would drink plenty of water and rest when you can with your feet elevated. Take care Hun

vanessa - 134 days ago Rating: 3.5 (2 votes) Does the pain stop when you change activities? If yes it is Braxton Hicks. I would drink plenty of fluids and let your doctor know.

Mommyof2boys - 134 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Try to rest, and drink lots of water and try not to overdo anything. Its probably braxton hicks or ligamet pains from the baby getting into position and pressing down on your pelvis, tylenol is safe to take if the pain is really bad.

mommy-of-3 - 134 days ago Rating: 3 (1 votes) It could be Braxton Hicks or just cramping from the excess weight when you're walking, you should see the doctor to check it out though...

kimmarie - 134 days ago Rating: 4.5 (2 votes) I remember feeling that when I was pregnant and I called my OB every day. They just kept saying that the baby is descending. But you should call your doctor to be for certain.

captshelley - 134 days ago Rating: 4 (3 votes) I don't think it's anything major. Probably your muscles stretching but I'd call your doctor to make sure.
