ovulation timing

So this is two questions all wrapped up in one-answers to any or all are much appreciated. I started spotting two days before AF really got heavy which day do I count as day 1- the day I started spotting or the day AF seemed to really start? This month I felt what seemed like ovulation pain on day 9 has anyone felt or been sure they ovulated this early in the cycle?

MelissaJoanne - 165 days ago Rating: 1.7 (6 votes) I would say to count day one as the day you started spotting. It's common to start very light, and have a heavier flow mid-period. You may well have ovulated on day nine. I'd recommend an ovulation tracking kit. I got pregnant after I figured out when I was really ovulating, not just when I suspected I was. Best of luck!

captshelley - 170 days ago Rating: 1.5 (2 votes) AF starts the first day your spotting. I've never kept track of my ovulation days so I don't know the other answers. Good luck on getting a bun in that oven! :)
