What is your No.1 Baby tip that someone has told you,....or your No.1 Mothering tip????

niki - 80 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) If you breastfeed, feed baby and dont let him/her fall asleep in your arms - i have that problem and my baby is 6 months old - will know for again.

MelissaJoanne - 83 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Don't worry about all the useless "advice" that strangers will pile on you when they see that you are pregnant! Your own instincts are probably right.

joyfulnoise - 85 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Your main job in the first few weeks is to take the time to fall completely in love with your new little one. Bonding Baby! :-)

Christina1984 - 87 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) dont feel pressured to do things the way others tell u, use ur own instincts and u will be fine.remember that u r the mother of ur child and a mothers intuition is never wrong

RandiLee - 87 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Appreciate the time you have with them as babies....they grow so fast. I think that will be the thing you most commonly hear, lol.

blessedmom - 87 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) The number one tip that I got is: Nobody knows your baby better than you. So no matter what you are told follow your gut feeling its usually right! And the number one tip I can give is: Enjoy every little a bit of your baby, take lots of pictures because they will never be that little again!

lmo - 87 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) enjoy them while their young!

bvalley1982 - 87 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) the best tip i ever got was about how to get a diaper pin to slide right thru a regular clothe diaper. its a little wierd and i didnt believe it at first but all u have to do is run it thru your hair and like magic it slides right thru the diaper!!!

kayla-love - 87 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Remember to enjoy them as it goes way too fast, and remember that all the sleepless nights etc will not last forever.

lindamc - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) don't have a plan, babies make the plan! Buy nursing pads, get used to not sleeping, let the housework go, the recovery can sometimes be more traumatic than the birth (um...first bm...hello pain!)

holly28 - 88 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Children are a gift from God and need to be treated as such.

eastern-Canadian-Lady - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) If you plan to nurse the baby, prepare your nipples in advance. Sounds strange maybe, but they said to rub them for two or three minutes after each shower to get them use to being rubbed, so that they don't hurt once the baby starts nursing. I did it, and it worked for me. I had almost no discomfort when I started nursing. tip two... when you decide to resume sexual relations after the baby is born, make sure that you wear nursing pads. i thought that my friend was joking when she told me, but no way. My milk flowed so much that I thought I would drown him, lol. I hope you get lots of advice, but "take want you need, and toss the rest" was another bit that my s-i-l gave me. I agree. take care, E-C-L

homebysunset - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Love your baby for who they are, no matter what problems or issues they may have, no matter how fast they reach their milestones, your love and guidance will take care of them best!

Melanie07 - 88 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Trust your instincts. Your gut will tell you what is right and what isn't. You are the mom, you know your child.

Baby3OnWay - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Sleep when you can, stay calm in all situations even if you wanna freak out about something they have done DON'T it just makes matters worse, never argue about what to do or what not to do in front of your kids as the pick up on EVERYTHING!!! and last but not least... enjoy all the time you can with them and take tons of videos, pictures and track their firsts cause they grow up WAY to fast!!

ashleyandcaleb - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) "take lots of pictures",they grow super fast.

gr8scottswife - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Get sleep.

candace3 - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Sleep when the baby sleeps...too bad this basically only can apply to your first one...

mommy-of-3 - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) You are the greatest protector of your child, if you feel a doctor or other care professional isn't listening to you go to someone else.

jessicadarling - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Always trust your instincts. All the grandparents and friends with children all have their opinions on how you should do things. Seriously though it's your baby and only you know what is right in the end

Brandi J. - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) You can never love your baby too much and going to him/her when they are upset and loving them, will not spoil them, it can only make them feel safe and secure.

baby.bray - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) its not advice that anyone has given me - just advice I have given myself after many people seem to think that its their right to tell a pregnant woman (me) what she should and shouldn't do.. so as everyone else has said don't sweat what everyone else says and listen to your body and your baby and dont expect a baby book to have all the answers - if there was an answer for everything we wouldnt have shelves full of them! good luck and congratulations x

Mommyof2boys - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Only you know your baby, if you feel you are doing something right than keep at it don't let anyone tell you different. If you feel something is not right trust your gut instinct.

mommauv4 - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Trust yourself and your instincts! Listen to what others think and do what you feel is right.

Laura Ward - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The best advice I have is to take no advice. In other words, not everything that works for one mother/baby/family will work for the next. You have to find what works best for you and your child. And, yes, enjoy every second you have with them. They grow soooo fast!

2b - 88 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Enjoy it!! Every moment of it!
