im sorry to hear that you wont be able to have anymore children and if you have serious health issues it is probably best that you get your tubes tied even though the thought is probably hard. Good luck

What is the question? I was told by my doc that there are several different things that can be done to prevent pregnancy. You should talk to you doc and see all the options. There are several different options for permanant bc.
