You should if for health reasons or personal reasons, your kids need you to be healthy for them. I know alot of women who tye their tubes and the don't regret.

im sorry to hear that you wont be able to have anymore children and if you have serious health issues it is probably best that you get your tubes tied even though the thought is probably hard. Good luck

It doesn't show what your question was. But I'd deff think about getting your partner done as well because tube tying isn't 100% fool proof....good luck and if I didn't answer your question send me a message and I'll try
