niki - 78 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had swelling around my ankles and hands - it was fluid but it was in my third trimester. Rest those legs - feet up girl. take care x To be on the safe side just get it checked out.

Melanie07 - 80 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Drink more fluids. Eat less salt. Try and prop them up as much as possible. Have someone massage them often. Buy some comfy slippers that have a plastic sole. They have the ones that look like they could be regular shoes. I wore them to work the last couple months of my pregnancy. They have memory foam inside. They are very comfy.

MelissaJoanne - 82 days ago Rating: 1 (1 votes) More water, less salt, and even more water! Try not to stand more than necessary.

lady26 - 82 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Soak it in some epsom salt with warm water

lmo - 85 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) you might want to decrease your salt intake i know with my daughter my hands and feet were very swollen and it was because i ate alot of salt because thats what i craved.. you might want to check with your doctor to make sure. drink lots of water!

newmommy01 - 85 days ago thank you too all that had answered, you have been a big help. thank you so much..

nich-vegas-mommy2be - 85 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) Like everyone else has said, check with your doctor to make sure you aren't developing preeclampsia - swelling in the hands and face can be symptoms. Try to reduce your salt intake some, to help reduce water retainage. Put your feet up through out the day, and try not to wear shoes that are restrictive! I have even heard of people wearing some type of support hose to help with swelling in their legs and feet. I don't know much about those myself, but you could always give it a try :)

joyfulnoise - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Oh you poor thing! Call the Doctor, it sounds miserable.

kayla-love - 86 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) If they are so swollen then I would go to your doctor. You have to be careful of preeclampsia in pregnancy. Just go and have a check to be on the safe side.

Mommyof2boys - 86 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Slight swelling is expected during pregnancy; however, if you experience sudden swelling in your hands and your face, it could be a sign of preeclampsia/edema. Drink LOTS of water and try to rest through out the day.

Baby3OnWay - 86 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I would go in and see your Dr as they like to keep an eye on things like sweeling and such in pregnancy. Although it could be a normal symptom you sound like your a little uncomfortable and i would feel better if I were you going in and making sure it was ok and asking about what I can/could do to help with it all! Best of Luck

mommauv4 - 86 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Are you getting pitting? When you push on the skin it takes a bit of time to pop back out. Do you have other symptoms like peeing less, bad headaches, dizziness, nausea and vomitting? If so see your doctor now! Have you talked to your dr. if not you really should. Sit with your feet elevated, try soaking your feet in icy cold water. YOu might want to look up preeclampsia on the net and see if you have any of the symptoms- some swelling is normal but can be a warning sign too.

ashleyandcaleb - 86 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) =[ im sorry.try babycenter.com or google.it never fails they have solutions on there for everything lol.

mommy-of-3 - 86 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I hear you on the swollen feet, the arch on my feet is in constant pain now and no amount of massaging seems to work out the pain. The only thing I've been trying is I have one of those electric foot soaking tubs and that gives me at least some temporary relief.
