Awww, try not to be upset. I'm 15 weeks too. Some days I feel really super energetic and get tons of stuff done, other days I feel exactly like you described. Take it easy on yourself, and don't overdue it if you aren't feeling well. Good luck!

The number one way to relieve the tension on your back is stretching! I am a yoga fanatic and have found the most satisfaction out of stretching. There is a limitation to what you can do with your expanding belly. But, do some homework and find some good stretches for pregnancy and see the results! You'll also find that the stretching will enhance your muscle quality! That can make labor easier, not easy, easier! Good luck!

I am 23 weeks, and finally had to buy a maternity support belt! I felt like a granny buying it, but oh well because this thing actually works. It helps with back muscle pain and round ligament pain, and even the pain from your pelvic bones starting to spread.

It's normal to have all the aches & pains even this early. Your muscles are maybe sore and just preparing for the rest of the pregnancy. Some days are just harder than others. Listen to your body, rest when you can, sit down when you need to, and take good care of yourself! :-)

Is this your first pregnancy? You're body might be taking to the changes a little differently than say someone on their 2nd or 3rd baby. The best thing you can do is to not stay on your feet for long periods of time. The general rule is to stand for up to 4 hours, then take a 15 minute break sitting down....

Unfortunately this is only the beginning. Hopefully it will get better for you and not worse.
