Talk to your doctor. They can give you something to help you be able to eat. Some people are sick all the way through the pregnancy. I had a friend that you could watch turn green if she ate anything. Others have it come out the other way. They do have meds to help with either that are safe for the baby.

Make sure your drinking plenty of fluids eat less fibre foods, maybe best to contact your doctor - i had problems the other way - there should be a button on your profile page to edit/change.... good luck

Bulk up with more fiber, either from your food or from a supplement such as Metamucil, which is safe during pregnancy.

I had diariah early in pregnancy but I don't think it hit until around 8 or 9 weeks. You should definitely bring this up to your doctor if it's become an ongoing problem, there could be a reason behind it that they need to check out. Good luck.
