MelissaJoanne - 83 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) My mum was the older of 5, and my husband's best friend is the oldest of 17 (yikes). I've heard that once you can easily handle three, you can handle anything more. ;-)

Baby3OnWay - 84 days ago Rating: 3 (2 votes) I have heard that after two it gets easier.. I am on number three myself but I asked my grandmothers as one had 11 and the other had 9... I say if they can deal with that you can do it!! Again I think the age differences and space between them could have a factor in it too... mine are 2yrs and soon to be less then a year apart. best of luck!!

Mommyof2boys - 85 days ago Rating: 2.5 (2 votes) I think after 2 it keeps getting easier and easier, and with the older children you will have lots of help and extra hands. Congrats & goodluck!

mumofsoontobe5 - 85 days ago Rating: 3.5 (2 votes) Hi there. Im expecting bub 4 and 5 and was also wondering what it would be like. I have friends who have 5 or 6 kids and they seem to think the more the merrier!! And thta they all get in and help. Best of luck :)

ashleyandcaleb - 85 days ago Rating: 2.5 (2 votes) congratulations! i dont have any parenting experience but i think that you'll do just fine.=]

Melanie07 - 85 days ago Rating: 3.3 (3 votes) I am the oldest of 5. We all helped out around the house. The older children help with the younger children. It is just like when you went from 3 to 4. It will take a little getting used to at first. After a little while, it will seam like you were doing it forever. I have 2 sister and 2 brothers. My mom came from a family of 6 kids. One of her sisters has 6 kids. It used to be common to have several children.

lmo - 85 days ago Rating: 3.7 (3 votes) i am the 2nd youngest and i have 3 brothers and 2 sisters so there are six of us granted my oldest brother is in his 30's we still get along great and we are very close.

Its-Chelle - 85 days ago Rating: 3 (2 votes) i have 3 girls from a previous marriage, and now have a 17 mo old son with my new hubby..the gap between my last child before my son is 8 yrs..but all in all its been great..having 3 girls and a boy so far is fun, my daughters love their little brother..my issues are within my girls being 2 yrs apart, 10,12,14, they argue a lot! other than that, we all adjusted well..congrats to you!

joyfulnoise - 85 days ago Rating: 3.5 (2 votes) I am going from 3 to 4, but my friends that have 5 or more have said that if you can handle 3, you can handle any #. I'm sure #5 will fit right in and what a lucky baby to be born into so many people ready to love him/her. Congratulations!

mommy-of-3 - 85 days ago Rating: 2 (2 votes) Actually I have heard the more you have the easier it gets because they tend to "entertain" each other better. I'm sure there won't be too much change going from 4 to 5, good luck and congrats on your surprise. ;)

lady26 - 85 days ago Rating: 3.3 (3 votes) I am from a family of nine. I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters, I doubt there will be any emotional or psychological problems especially for child #5. If anything child #5 is going to be very happy and loved even spoiled by his/her older brothers and sisters. The psychological or emotional adjusting you will need to do is probably with child #4, because child #4 might get a little jealous not being the baby of the family anymore.

gr8scottswife - 85 days ago Rating: 1 (2 votes) I don't see as it is any more to it than having four. Assembly line and lots of fun.
