There's is sooooooo much info that people have no idea about. And it's really interesting. It really makes you think about what really goes on- it took my mind for a spin.

mommy-of-3 - 84 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have heard a ton of people say The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy is a great book also very funny!

shootinstarzzz - 84 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) congrats on ur pregnancy! I would say the chicken soup for the expentant mother's soul and the other chicken soup books, they rae wonderful little stories full of humorous, joyful things about being pregnant, I love the chicken soup for the mother's soul cuz the stories always make me smile and laugh.

Heaven - 84 days ago wow! lady26 is really trying to earn those bb's.

ptfrap0502 - 84 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Although I have yet to read it, I heard Belly Laughs by Jenny McCarthy is supposed to be great. I don't finish finals until next week, but I plan on getting the book once I am done.

wildberry - 84 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i loved the book labor day it fallows women through the day they gave birth there are so many i love I'll look through them later and put theme on your page

denee85 - 84 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) I liked 'Belly laughs' by Jenny Mccarthy and 'Girlfriends Guide to pregnancy' by Vicki Lovine

Christina1984 - 84 days ago Rating: 2 (1 votes) i have what to expect while expecting. if u have a Barns and Noble near u they have about a zillion pregnancy books. there is one called Pregnancy Sucks and it is supposedly really funny

mtnwoman - 84 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Belly Laughs gets my vote as well. Have Baby Laughs, but haven't read it yet so couldn't comment on that one.

monica9 - 84 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) belly laughs is a good one. or parenting magazines.

lmo - 84 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i would say belly laughs too...or try reading parenting magazines

o0kathryn0o - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I vote for Jenny McCarthy too. Her books are hillarious!

LilMrsK - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) A Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy is my fav!

niki - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I just went for magazines - found some of the mothering magazines interesting reading. Or book - from birth to 5 years old.

Holly28 - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Belly Laughs by Jenny Mcarthy is pretty funny. So is the Girlfriend's guide to pregnancy. Both are honest, blunt and hilarious.

lizzie287 - 85 days ago Rating: 2 (1 votes) One I'd suggest, although it's kind of self-helpy along the lines of What to Expect ... is called From The Hips. It's actually a good read though, with lots of first hand experience and quotes from moms and dads, very candid and honest. I personally really enjoy it.

Mommyof2boys - 85 days ago Rating: 3 (1 votes) The Truth Behind The Mommy Wars is good, The Mask of Motherhood.

sarahann - 85 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) 'Up The Duff' by Kaz Cooke is pretty funny. It talks about things that you are thinking and feeling yourself, but probably wouldn't talk to anyone about for sheer embarrassment.

RandiLee - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) "What to expect when you're expecting" awesomeee.

Baby3OnWay - 85 days ago Rating: 3 (1 votes) The Pregnancy Book: Month-by-Month, Everything You Need to Know From America's Baby Experts by Martha Sears, William, Linda Hughey Holt one I am actually about to go get this weekend recommended by a friend of mine, Frankly pregnant I hear is a great one and Pregnancy, childbirth and the newborn is one my MIL got for me when I had my first... Loved it. I also had the what to expect... MEH!! hope you find a good one!!

MelissaJoanne - 85 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) I read Knocked Up by Rebecca Eckler, and it just made me want to punch the author (it's autobiographical), but some find it funny. I also read A Cup of Comfort for Mothers to Be, which mostly made me cry a lot. I haven't really found a good mama novel, but if you'd like other (non-mama) book recommendations let me know. I heart reading.

joje - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy is pretty amusing & helpful at the same time. The author is pretty blunt about what is going to happen. No sugar coating.

ashleyandcaleb - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) ha i was just about to say jenny mccarthy, then i read the other comments and they said it too..so ya =]i'd try those

jessicadarling - 85 days ago Rating: 2 (1 votes) I loved Jenny McCarthy's Books. I have belly laughs and baby laughs. She has others too that I need to purchase. Here are some others that I haven't read but want to: I'll Never Have Sex with You Again!: Tales from the Delivery Room by Larry Bleidner, Chicken Soup for the Expectant Mother's Soul , David, We're Pregnant! by Lynn Johnston. There are alot more out there. Just have to hit up the local book store and have a peek

Heaven - 85 days ago I just finished one of jenny mccartneys books lol

kmokat - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I really found Jenny McCartney's books to be helpful and humorous at the same time. I also read Baby Whisperer, which talks about putting your baby on a schedule.
