mommy-of-3 - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) From what I have heard about this most women who have placenta previa end up having to have their babies by c-section and might also end up going on bedrest later on in pregnancy.

lady26 - 82 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) There is a article on this on the website below http://www.emedicine.com/emerg/topic427.htm

superbowlbaby - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I know how you are feeling because at my 12 week U/S the tech told me I might have placenta previa if it doesn't move up! My CNM told me that it is still very early and that could change. You know I had to google search it just to see what it meant exactly. Most likely she said if you do have it through the whole pregnancy you will have to have a C-Section. So my advice, don't worry too much yet-things could my moving up!

blessedmom - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hi, I was diagnosed at the begining of last month at 19 weeks with marginal placenta previa , I was half a centimeter away from full placenta previa. My midwife is sending me for another ultrasound at 25 weeks. It is said that in 89% of case when it diagnosed early is corrects itself and everything will be ok. I am holding on to that, for being pregnant I can't help worry. So if you need to talk I am in pretty much the same situation as you! I am sure everything will turn out find for both of us.

lmo - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i havent gone through it but read alot on it. it can correct itself so that you can have a natural delivery dont worry :)

Mommyof2boys - 83 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I haven't had it but I've read alot about it, it occurs in about one in 200 pregnancies and usualy Mom's have to be on bedrest and will need a c-section. Good luck!

Baby3OnWay - 83 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have not but my mom had it with my brother and I. With my brother it was just above her cervix but corrected itself later in pregnancy. When she was pregnant with me she wasn't so luck and had to have a c-section. I wish you all the best.

mommytobe29 - 83 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i have it as well. right now my placenta is centered over my cervix.. which is not so hopeful

mattie4 - 83 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i did with my first. I was diagnosed around the same time as you. you are more than welcome to contact me anytime. Keep your chin up :). Mine was partial and in my 8th month it corrected itself and i was able to have a natural delivery.

jessicadarling - 83 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I didn't go through this but a friend of the family just did. She just had her little boy via c-section last week. Unfortunately her experience was a negative one so I don't want to share any of that info to scare you because every one is different. If you are curious just send me a message
