My doctor okayed ginger at 250 mg every 6 hours. I can not find ginger in that dosage! What dosage did your doctor okay for you to take?

LMO - 123 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i can you double up, and get that dosage if not get as close as you can

Baby3OnWay - 124 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I say get the closest does you can to that and just don't over do the daily recommended dose. I have hear of woman taking double that twice or three times a day!

gr8scottswife - 124 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) If ginger isn't helping you may want to try something else.

Brandi J. - 125 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I am taking 550 mg ginger root capsules, twice/day w/ food. It has eased my nausea, but I am still nauseous. I really hope it works for you.

ladystegmaier - 125 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My doctor ok-ed any amount so long as it was making me feel better. It's in no way harmful to you, nor your baby.

lady26 - 125 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) I have never heard of a certain dosage being prescribe, I normally just drink a cup ginger tea whenever my stomach is not feeling well. Sometimes it's once a day, sometimes it's twice a day. I am sorry if you are not getting the answers you are looking for... good luck

mommy-at-home - 125 days ago PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT ASKING WHERE TO FIND GINGER. I AM ASKING IF YOUR DOCTOR TOLD YOU A DOSAGE THAT IS OKAY THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT MY DOCTOR TOLD ME??

monica9 - 125 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Any vitamin shop or health food store will probably have multiple doses of ginger.

Mommyof2boys - 125 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) What mg can you find? if you can take two to equal the amount or if its too much and you can't find a small dose try half of it.

MelissaJoanne - 125 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=SO-1707&st=cs&source=FG&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=SO-1707 The Vitamin Shoppe sells it in 250mg caplets. If you don't have the Vitamin Shoppe by you, I would presume that any big health food/vitamin store would sell them, probably Whole Foods too. I've never actually taken a ginger capsule, but I do eat lots and lots of delicious candied ginger. It's probably better for you without all that sugar!
