At what age did your baby start to get more happy and want to stay awake more than an hour ?

Melanie07 - 81 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) About 2 months is when a lot of babies start smiling and staying awake more. It does vary from baby to baby. All three of mine were about 2 months. Tho, they were all very good babies. They almost never cried.

Debra - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) 7-8 weeks- this is when i figured out how to get him to nap better and sleep through the night. See my VIP page for details

skittles0607 - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) After a couple of months both of my boys started staying awake more. They still took naps but not as much. My oldest is 5 and the baby is 21 months and they still take naps. They get to cranky if they stay up to long.

christina1984 - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my daughter was about 2 months and non stop ever since lol. very hapy tho. but enjoy the sleeping time while it lasts, when they are 3 u will really wish they were like 3 months lol

lady26 - 82 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) Around 3/4 months

LMO - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my daughter was staying up around 2 1/2 months

kater - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) around 3 months or so, if you are worried, speak with you babys doctor. every baby has an individual personality though, you may just have a very laid back baby

RandiLee - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) 23 years old.

kbushby - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) 2 to 3 months is when they start staying up and noticing things around you and having genuine smiles(not gas ones). its such a fun little age..

shootinstarzzz - 82 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) aww..ur baby is soo cute, my baby was about 4 weeks old when he first smiled a real smile. I got a pic of it too. he was bout 2 months old and started staying awake longer, I would try and keep him awake by playing with him also so that he was awake more and took a longer nap. my lil guy is always smiling and laughing and making lil happy squeals of joy.

slg3233 - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My 1st baby girl was always happy!!! She was always smiling from 2 month and up. And she always was awake during the day and slept through the night. My 2nd baby girl was happy at about 4 months and she would sleep during the day but stay awake during the night:(

Baby3OnWay - 82 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) My son was about three months when he started staying up more in the day. Hes 6months now and only sleeps an hour or so every 4 hours.. and then al night and hes always happy and smiling! It depends also at times on how much they are eating and haw far apart their feedings are

denee85 - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My son was almost always awake by the time he was a month old..But he is STILL a very awake child at 4 yrs old!! He has never wanted to nap and will barely go to sleep at night! My niece is just now really getting to where she wants to play more and sleep less and she's about 4 months old..Every baby is different.

michaela - 83 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) from about 4 months she required constant amusing - i felt like a court jester, she also at this stage practically refused to sleep during the day, i was lucky if she had one 20 minute nap the whole day!
