I just found out my twins heart rates at 10w2d were 176 and 185. I thought they might be too high but my doctor didn`t seem to concerned so I guess I shouldn`t be. Anyone else`s peanuts have heart rates this high?

Baby3OnWay - 158 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Mine currently has a rate of 170 or so... Its fine!!

nich-vegas-mommy2be - 158 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I am not having twins, but the earlier in your pregnancy you are, the higher their heartrates will be. My baby boy was 182 at about 10 weeks, and in the 170's at 12 weeks. It will steady drop lower as the weeks go by. I am 24 weeks now and his heartrate has been in the 140's for the past few appointments.

monica9 - 158 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my girl was 169 at 9 weeks.

dcmomof3 - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) both of my girls heart rates were up high like urs...but my lil boys is lower like 130s

Brandi J. - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) This is completely normal! The baby's heartrate will always be faster in early pregnancy and then gets slower as the baby grows. My babies have always had heart rates in the 160's and 170's in early pregnancy and then they are in the 140's and 150's in mid/late preg.

JennSever - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) at this gestational age the hearts will beat significantly faster and taper off as they grow. don't be alarmed it fine. if boys they might stay slightly elevated but should settle around the 140's or lower..girls about 135 and higher. :)

ashleyandcaleb - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) it's normal, their heart rate is always faster than ours..

skittles0607 - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had an ultrasound at 9 weeks and the heart rate was 175. But that is only 1 baby.

crystalmooon - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The smaller (and younger) the baby, the faster the heart rate will be. As the baby gets bigger the heart rate slows down. I believe that it steadily slows down until birth.

Heaven - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my babys heartrate at 9 weeks was 180 at 12 weeks it lowered to 150. this is my first child but i'm guessing it will lower in the next few weeks

MelissaJoanne - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Don't be concerned - you're only ten weeks along, teeny little people have very fast heart rates. Congratulations on your twins!

slg3233 - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) No that's not too high! It is perfectly normal!!

lady26 - 159 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) It's normal, you shouldn't be concerned

agonzales - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) In the beginning my babys heart rate was in the 170's it has lowered now to the 150's and 160's. I wouldnt be too concerened about it.

joyfulnoise - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Don't be concerned at all. Heartrates found that early usually seem high. I bet at your next appointment they've gone down a little bit.

lmo - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i wouldnt be concerned about it if the doctors werent.

ptfrap0502 - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My baby had a high heart rate in the beginning of my pregnancy. As the weeks have passed on, her heart rate has decreased to the 150s. I wouldn't worry about it.

jessicadarling - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) That early on my daughters heart rate was in the 160-s to 170s, don't worry they will slow down as your pregnancy progresses

kalliemae - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) mine was also 140-160. I wouldn't worry, if the doctor wasn't concerned then you shouldn't be either. No need to stress yourself out.

niki - 159 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) When i was pregnant my babys heartbeat was between 140 - 160
