She is only 7 months so dont worry yet. Our job as mums is to ensure the right foods are available to them at the right time - its their job to decide when and how much they eat. As long as she is getting enough breastmilk she's healthy and has all the nutrition she needs. Try offering her things she can hold onto and snack on throughout the day steamed carrot sticks are perfect as they are easy to chew, nutritious and sweet. She is also in control of holdig onto them so this increases her natural interest, some babies like to be a bit independant right from the start and dont like having a spoon put in their mouths.

Try making your own baby food. I did that with all three of mine. I also used some store bought when needed. Usually I just blended or mushed whatever we ate. My kids have all pretty much weaned themselves in whatever they do whether it was nursing, eating solids, bottle to cup. They know what and when they want things. It all has to do with knowing your baby and their signals.
