Brandi J. - 157 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Unfortuneatly this is normal! Resting and taking it easy is one way that may help. Try doing something that you enjoy may help to take your mind off of the discomfort for a little bit. A warm bath will help sometimes. Eat tums, they may help you a bit w/ the indigestion. Just keep reminding yourself, that soon you will have a sweet precious little baby in your arms and all of the discomforts will be gone and it will have all been worth it. I hope that you can find something to ease your discomforts soon! God Bless!

niki - 157 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Yeah its normal enough, i started getting back pain before i even knew i was pregnant as time went on my back was getting worse it was harder for me to roll in the bed - had to get my hubby to help me, i didnt find anything really helped although i found sitting with a pillow behind my back did take away some of the discomfort. For indigestion and heartburn i found an extra pillow at night helped me and i tried gaviscon - which didnt help me - i ate rennies like sweets - try to lie in bed as upright as possible - i found when i had heartburn it really disturbed my sleep so try this out and see how it goes... the pressure pains are just part and parcel of pregnancy... even now i would still get back pain and a soreness down below as if im carrying and my baby is now 6 months old. Hope the advice i have given isnt a waste of time.... good luck in trying it out. x

Mommyof2boys - 157 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Take a warm bath and try to relax. Back aches are very common in pregnancy and can be very painful, try taking some tylenol to see if that helps. You can take Tums for the indegestion or drink some milk. The pressure pains below are probably from round ligament pain which is very painful and usualy gets worse when you are walking around or moving your legs in bed. Its normal so try to set back and relax, try the warm bath or heating pad. Good luck!

firsttimeparent18 - 157 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) This helped me, I walked as much as my body would allow, getting your mind off things and just spending some time for yourself might work, this would be the lighter remedy if not speak to your doctor or midwife they may be able to give you medication or something of that nature.

Love~2008~ - 158 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hormone levels have RISED :) Unfortunately there is not much to do, I speak of 2 car accidents while pregnant within a month and a half duration of time. Firtunately their are many books for relieving pain and symptoms the all natural way...check with your librarian. Try to eat smaller meals and nothing greasy or salty, eat your heavier meals preferably before 8 or 9 at night, elevate your feet and you a neck rest to keep you from slouching, Gallstones don't know what all natural little tricks can help you I would suggest to look in a book for that one, Warm compresses on and off 15 min, It is normal all this is normal you have a human in you pressing on all your organs...indigestion Tums I prefer Maallox taste like Pepto Bismal and with my senses not good, or a few small pieces of white bread eatr slowly and suck on your tongue it works Im telling ya....Well good luck and Happy Labor! :)

2xmom - 158 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) All of these things sound very normal, except the gallstones of course. I'm sorry but it only gets worse. Your level of fatigue will come and go, but as baby grows you get even more uncomfortable. Hang in there!

JennSever - 158 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) yes, unfortunately. you will encounter a myriad of nasty symptoms and ailments. your body is so out of wack right now. some breeze right through while others feel every possible preg related symptom. my suggestion to you is write down all your ailments and systematically alleviate each one as much as you can. ie. for backache try water aerobics, for bloating eat as much fiber as possible, as for the gallstone that is a dr matter. but if you sit down and embrace each ailment and try to come up with a "cure" you might actually start feeling better. good luck honey.

nich-vegas-mommy2be - 158 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I am guessing people are going to say it's normal, but feeling the same way you do (also 24 wks), and I do NOT remember people describing pregnancy like this! Half the time I feel like it's way worse than I expected. If you have lower back pain, a maternity support helps - it will also help somewhat with the pressure pain down below. I have middle back pain at my ribs and spine, and the only thing that SORT OF helps is a pillow pressing into my back where it hurts while I sit at my desk at work. The getting big and bloated - right there with you too! Walking around for a minute is really the only thing that helps me remotely. I get so big feeling that it hurts just to get into the car after eating out! Sorry I can't offer you much help to get rid of these pains, but you aren't alone!

Baby3OnWay - 158 days ago Rating: 4 (1 votes) Its normal, it sucks... check this out www.bellysling.com I got one and its AMAZING!!!! I wish I had one with other pregnancies. I know its canadian site but I do know others have found it in other brands else where around the world! best of Luck with everyhing Hun!

monica9 - 158 days ago Rating: 3 (1 votes) I guess just take it easy. There isn't much you can do unfortunately. Maybe see a chiropractor for your backache and eat smaller more frequent meals for the indigestion. good luck
