How late can Clomid make you?

I`m on my third cycle of Clomid. After the first round my cycle was 28 days. The second month I got my period at 31 days. This month I`m at 32 days, no period yet. Does Clomid do this to others? My breasts are real tender, but I don`t have any other of my usual signs of getting my period anytime soon. Has anyone else dealt with this? I haven`t done a pregnancy test because I`m afraid it`ll be negative. I just wanted to stay hopeful a little while longer. Any response is greatly appreciated. I`m about ready to make a late-night run to Walgreens. My husband is out of town, so what the heck. Thanks

pussycat - 61 days ago Clomid stimulates ovulation and is thought to improve egg quality. It's a mild fertility drug, usually the first one used. I was ovulating on my own, my doctor just wanted to give me a boost.

I took my temperature every morning, so I had a good idea when I ovualted so I always knew that about 13 days later to start watching out. I know that clomid does this to alot of people. If you need anything else let me know. And yes the hot flashes are related to the clomid too!! I hated those!

monica9 - 62 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I tried 3 cycles of clomid over a 1 1/2 years ago and I always had a 26-27 day cycle unitl i tried fertility meds. i didnt get pregnant on 3 cycles of clomid, 3 insemminations, 1 invitro, ( actually ended up getting pregnant naturally soon after) but ever since the clomid, my periods were all over the place ranging from 28-34 days. Its perfectly normal. good luck with everything!!

Baby3OnWay - 62 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have read some of the side affects of this and some incluse those of pregnancy so I wouldn't get too excited yet. I know it can cause Abdominal-Pelvic Discomfort/Distention/Bloating, Nausea and Vomiting,Breast Discomfort, Headache... not to get your hopes up or anything just yet... just don't want you getting to excited over what can/could just be the side effects BUT I do wish you the best of Luck and would love to hear about a POSITIVE in your case! Obviously your trying to get PG. about HPT's... I had a few tell me negative this early and find out weeks later that I am so wait until you pee on the stick, Dr would be the best to say if you are or not this early. Again best luck, best wishes
