hiya my midwifes going to be here anytime in the next hour..im going to tell her that i havent felt the baby move for around a week/ week and half now.. i was just curious how much did you feel at 19 weeks? i wasnt so much worried because i know the baby could be asleep when im awake or just being lazy and that i wouldnt be feeling it regular but its worrying me a little now..im going to ask her if i can hear the heartbeat just to make sure but how much did everyone feel at that stage?

I didn't always feel my baby either at that point, I only first felt anything was at 16 weeks and that was with the midwife pushing our hands down on my stomach. after i began feeling him and knew what to look for, i felt him relatively frequently each day. If you dont' feel baby, drink some cold water, that usually wakes up baby

Haha! I didn't even feel her first movement until 22 weeks. Believe me, you shouldn't be feeling your baby constantly at 19 weeks.

Glad to hear everything is fine. My U/s tech told me that the way you feel kicks can also have something to do with the position of the placenta... glad your feeling better after hearing the little one!!

i would go ages without feeling my daughter move. really no big deal. if it makes you feel better, get a fetal doppler. i bought one on ebay for about 100.00 and it works awesome!! anytime i want to hear baby i just do. It's called a Hi-Bebe.
