Hey all. I have a sex question. Sorry if TMI... Ever since having Riley it has hurt when we have sex. Its not just sore from having a baby, its a sharp pain that feels like its shooting out the side of my left ovary when he hits the wrong spot. We are confined to the Missionary position because that is the only way it doesn`t hurt me! Is this normal? Should it go away? Or should I be concerned and call my doctor? Not to be conceited but we used to have GREAT sex, now its just like, `lets get it over and done with` because its boring to do the same thing over and over.

Baby3OnWay - 204 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It could be from the healing your body may still be going through but i know this only lasted for a week or so after my babies. BUT I also had sever pain before during sex and it turned out to be that I had an ovrian cyst. Make sure that you talk to your Dr whether he gave you the green light for sex yet or not! Take care and hope things get back to the GREAT SEX soon!

Mommyof2boys - 204 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) You could have some scar tissue. And at times it can be more sensitive than others. Take some Ibprofun before sex and try to relax. If it gets worse go see your doc, you could have a cyst which can go away or sometimes if they get too bad they can burst and cause pain, the doctor will put you on some meds to make it feel better and treat it. Good luck!

jessicadarling - 204 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) That sounds like what used to happen to me when I had a cyst on my ovary. Do you have pain when you do anything else?

femi - 204 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) this happened to me once and it turned out to be an ovarian cyst. ask your doctor to check it out and confirm. my cyst, for example, was benign and went away on its own, but some do not, so it's worth asking your doctor.

2xmom - 204 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I've figured out that my bowels have taken a while to get back to normal after baby. They were really messed up when I was preggo, and now they're taking a while to go back to normal. So, along with that my belly feels really bloated, and that is really uncomfortable when I have sex. Like my body is getting used to the hormones of my birth control. Sorry if TMI, but that was an idea from me.

denee85 - 204 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It could be from your body just trying to get back to normal..Having a baby growing inside of you for 9 months changes everything inside-EVERYTHING is out of wack for a bit..I would give it a little more time, but it never hurts to check with your doctor too...
