who hated being pregnant and then had another baby?

How many of you disliked being pregnant (95% of the time) and swore you would never do it again--but then you turned around and deliberately had another baby, or at least want to have another baby? I`m really not enjoying this--mostly the emotional upheaval it`s caused me to the point where I don`t see myself doing this ever again. But, we want at least another one and are thinking we should adopt after this baby.

Now I am pg with twins and it is wayyyyyyy worse than my first and now that I am having an instant 3 kids I know I never have to do it again! I guess now I am getting 2 for the price of one but double the agony at the same time so it is almost like doing it another 2 times!

soonmamax4 - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) pregnancy is hell for me...my body just cant handle it it sortof breaks down...after my first i swore i wouldnt do it again...2 years later after my second i asked for a consultation to get my tubes tied...now im 7 mos. pregnant with twins...you kindof just minimize the pain after a while because the reward is so worth it...

mattie4 - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my first pregnancy was a hard one...i had placenta previa and then when it finally corrected, i got pre-e. Yep lucky me. I didnt enjoy it at all, especially when i was put on bedrest and a no salt diet. lol. Anyhow...im on my 4th one. LOL. Mother Nature has a way of making you "forget" how much of a pain it was being preggers...especially when your baby is reaching the point of being a toddler and you see other women with little tiny babies. Thats when it usually hits me...though my 3rd was born 4 years after my second. Just wait and see...you may change your mind :). Adoption is also always a beautiful thing too.

skittles0607 - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I always hated the beginning and the end. the middle was fine. I am now on my 3rd. The beginning sucked because of the sickness and everything else and the end sucks because you are so big and you cant get comfortable..

youngmumof2 - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had 2 really bad preganacys with my first 2 and hated every second of it but i guess you forget about why you hate it so much when you have the baby in your arms i am now 33 wks with my 3rd so i guess you never really hate it that much lol just tell yourself that it will all be worth it in the end.

I didn't think I would put myself through that again, but when I married my wonderful new husband, we decided to have a baby. I had severe morning sickness with both pregnancies. My son was born two months premature, and I developed severe hypertension this time, so REALLY, I am done now! My husband had a vasectomy 8 weeks after the baby was born. Most people dislike pregnancy but those feelings seem to fade quickly after child birth.

sarahann - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It's funny, I always wanted desperately to be pregnant. I thought I would love it and everything would be wonderfull. What dream world was I living in? I hated it! I was sick, I was in constant pain, constant tears, I just wanted it to be over. Towards the end I couldn't stand it (even though I loved my unborn baby so much). After she was born I didn't think I could handle another one. I love her to bits, more than anything, but she screamed day and night non stop. It didn't take long though before I really wished I was pregnant again! Now, 9 months after giving birth I desperately want to be pregnant again. I think it's weird, but I guess it's something that can't be explained.

JennSever - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) oh honey - i absolutely adore my newborns/babies..however that being said - abhorred pregnancy. i have now been preg 5 x's.. its all for the final outcome, not because i relish the idea of having someone live off my insides. i love my sleep, spicy foods and wine. since i basically don't get any of those while carrying, i am NOT a nice person. don't get me wrong - i am grateful to be carrying this baby and all my others, but i still don't care for the process. the only thing that cheers me up is the constant reminder that my little one is healthy and thriving inside my body and i am solely responsible for that. give yourself a good amount of time in between and you might change your mind. and if you don't then thats just fine. there are plenty of babies out there who don't have a lovely mother to care for them. good luck...

athome - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Thats really funny. I complaind and complained about being pregnant the lst two times and swore I would never do it again. When I was in labour with DD I just swore black and blue I would NEVER EVER put myself in that position again, the cant turn back position you find yourself in where you think I cant do this I want to go home now but Im in so much pain I just want this baby out !!!! Well I am now pregnant again and Im loving it so far. Im making sure I have what I need to get me through and taking all the vitamins to prevent the issues I had previously. I am also starting with a specialised pregnany chiropractor this week to prevent issues with my lower back and pelvis. Now that I am in control and know what to expect ( or have an idea) Im really enjoying it and making the most of my last pregnancy. Its great.

Well 6 years later I am pregnant again, after swearing my first was my last. Its not that great this time either. I was not sick with either baby, just don't like not being in control of my own body.

agonzales - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I was happy when pregnant but then there were those times when I would think ugh I hate being prego cause of all the back pain and not being able to sleep and plus all the emotional stuff.. Here I go again lol and Im pretty sure I'll feel the same. Really deep down inside I am happy and enjoy being pregnant. Especially feeling him/her move around.
