I have had trouble sleeping lately!!Anyone know if sleepytime tea is safe for the baby?

Debra - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) chamomile tea always helps me. You can also try warm baths, warm milk or warm packs on your back.

Mommyof2boys - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) What I do is get some of the yogi bear tea in chamomile and I'll take a hot bath with some lavendar wash and sip on my hot tea and I sleep like a baby. good luck!

Baby3OnWay - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have never heard of sleepy teas... I usually advise my Dr or pharmasist before I take anything though just in case it clashes with other meds I take, how far I am in pregnancy but I have known a few woman who have used it and worked for them! best Luck

EniChan - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i just talked to my mid-wife an she told me to get a tea mixed at the pharmacy. its a tea from hops, valerian, st.-johns-wort and melissa(hope its translated correctly). the ingredients are known to calm someone down so it will be easier to sleep.

monica9 - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i think there are certain teas you cant have but I know you can have lavender and that is supposed to relax you. I think any caffeine free tea will relax you. is the sleepytime one the one with the bear on the box? if so, I had that early in my pregnancy and everything is fine. good luck
