definitely wear a good bra -- nursing sleep bras are incredibly comfortable.

wear support bras. Being in the shower and letting the warm water roll over them is nice. They are growing and stretching which means good for you as they are preparing themselves for nursing your baby. Use a cocoa-butter lotion to prevent stretch marks. I liked the body-shops body butter or Rocky mountain soap company Shea body butter stick. Mine started feeling better around 8 weeks. It hurt the worst around 6 weeks- so you might be feeling some relief yet. Be prepared though- pregnancy can be rough and boob hurting will not be the last time you will feel uncomfortable. I'm sad to tell you that it gets worse... but you get a cute adorable baby at the end! Have a look at my VIP site for more pregnancy truths, caring for baby, breastfeeding, tips on pregnancy that will help you cope with discomforts and getting through labor etc.

mine were sore in the early - weeks, I see you are 6 weeks pregnant.. I used some gentle massage with a warm water flannel - luckly when I got to around 11 weeks the pain stopped, so hopefully it will for you too :-) .. personally I haven't had any breast pain since and I'm 41 weeks preggo x

I had to sleep in a tighter fitting sports bra for the earlier part of my pregnancy. I couldn't stand to not have some kind of support, it hurt so much! A heating pad or a hot water bottle could help out.

I put a hot water bottle on mine and it felt REAL NICE, or you can use cold... take some tylenol before bed. When I was breastfeeding and they got full I would pump them before bed or have a shower and let the water beat down on them!

Mine were sore for a few weeks in the beginning because they just decide to grow right away, but for the past few weeks now, they have been back to normal... it's almost like the growing and stretching has been paused. I'm not sure if you will be the same way, but the only thing you can really do is be gentle and careful. Maybe put some extra cushion or padding (like a foam top) on your bed to make it extra forgiving. I thankfully have a TempurPedic mattress that is forgiving on my entire body; you can also try getting a memory foam pillow or pillow top for the bed which will benefit you during your pregnancy in the long run when your belly gets bigger and good sleep is harder to come by. Good luck!
