Ok so i am 30 weeks, and my dr. scheduled my c-section for two weeks before my due date because the baby is measuring a whole month early with his bones and his weight. Since, im going in two weeks early, and he is measuring even earlier, should a say im 32 weeks, and read about that, or should i stick to 30 weeks??

i would read both. Definitely stick with 30 weeks since that is where your baby is at right now but sometimes it talks about stuff that doesnt have to do with the development of your baby and might be important for you to read.

You can read both, but unless your doctor says that you are actually at 32 weeks, I'd say that you are 30 weeks and you have a big baby- especially if you are sure about your conception date. I hope that his guesstimate is near the mark- measuring, ultrasounds etc are not a fine science and babies often come out closer to a normal birth weight than estimated. Have you had a c/s in the past already? B/c i can tell you from experience that its far better and easier to go through labor than it is to recover from surgery. I've done both!!

from what i read, even if u measure ahead ur doc will say stick with how many weeks u r. makes no sense to me but i guess ur still 30 weeks and ur baby is just a fast grower.

I would stick to what you are at and the dates you were originally given. I'm sure the doc knows what he's doing with going 2 weeks early but I think they still keep you at the dates you are. I have been given a million different due dates ranging about a week and half ahead from my original June 3rd with my periods and 1st ultrasound so I know what it's supposed to be but I hoping since he is a little bigger that will trigger something and I will come on and have this baby. But stick with your original date and be happy that you will get relief 2 weeks early cuz by that time your ready!!! :)

You are only 30 weeks pregnant so even though you are going in for your c-section 2 weeks early doesn't mean that your baby is developmentally at 32 weeks now. It basically means you can skip 39 and 40 because baby will already be here.
