I went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago and they changed my due date to 2 weeks early that means that i was supposed to get pregnat around the 8th but that is when i started my period so my question is. Is it possible to get pregnant a couple days before your period cause i know that we didnt have sex on the 8th or a week after but we did on the 6th my period was a little lighter and a couple days shorter sorry a little to much info for some

They will be basing the dates on the ultrasound which they base on "Average size charts" Your baby may simply be larger than average and this is also normal after all 'average' is the middle measure. Be careful when they do this especially if you are planning a caesar It could cause them to schedule you early and if they are wrong your baby could be delivered as early as 35 weeks in error leading to time in special care nursery to make sure his lungs are functioning. I am not by any means trying to scare you Im just pointing out that overestimating your babys gestation can lead to mistakes. If you are planning a natural delivery, bub will come when s/he is ready anyway so you can take their dates with a grain of salt.

sperm stays alive for a few days so it is possible and instead of that being your period it could have been implantation bleeding if it wasn't like your normal periods!

Hmmm, I think that due dates are based around a 28 day cycle, and it is possible that your cycle isn't (wasn't) an even 28 days at the time you got pregnant. That could account for a change in due date.
Also, due dates are based on measurements of your baby, and you may just have a big baby. You seem to know pretty well when you had your period and likely conceived. You're probably accurate, and your baby just isn't necessarily taking a full 40 weeks to be born.

they count the 1st day of your period as day 1 in your cycle.
