I went to the doc`s on Monday to confirm my pregnancy and have bloodwork done to check my hormone levels. I know I was exactly 12 DPO because I was charting and know the exact date of ovulation. My HCG came back 298 and my progesterone was 15. I was wondering if these levels are normal? The nurse seemed to indicate they seemed a bit low, but from everything I`ve read online they seem a lot higher than normal for 12 DPO. Do any of you know what your levels were at this early in pregnancy? Thanks!

well, before I miscarried, my doctor called and said my hcg levels were at 3 and that means that implantation occured. he said it was low (obviously) but anything above 0 means you are pregnant. that was about 11 dpo. I think He said they were supposed to double every 48 hours and they didnt and I miscarried. So 298 at 12 dpo is great. As long as its doubling. good luck and let me know what happens.

I think your fine! Everyones hormones at this point are different in range! My levels were below average for the first few months (12-14 weeks) and then after they started to raise to normal levels!

No, your way over my head. I can't believe they didn't calm your fears when you were at the doctors office.

I remember being around 425 and they too were concerned about how low it was. They asked me to come back in a few days or a week (I can't remember) and the hcg had went up to like 1,200 which still wasnt great but showed it was increasing. Well 34 weeks later here I am having a healthy baby girl! Good Luck :)
